Nine people died in the helicopter crash that killed basketball legend Kobe Bryant — including his daughter. While police have not released the names of the people on board, family members of some victims have confirmed that their loved ones were with Kobe and Gigi and have also not survived the crash.
Kobe Bryant was my favorite basketball player but I have not been into basketball for some time now, I did not realize that I would be affected this much. Involuntary tears as I was reading the tweets last night (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia time), it was shocking and heartbreaking.
